Rob's own house, Worthing

Kitchen, games room, snug and a garden bar

Rob's house shows what a full renovation from Build & Co looks like. Multiple walls knocked through for an open plan kitchen, with the steels left exposed. A games room with a made to measure pool table and a built in fish tank. A window blocked up to make a warm snug. Then the garden: new porcelain paving, a garden room and a bar with marble worktops and bespoke cabinetry from our carpenters.

  • Open plan kitchens, walls removed and steels in
  • Full house renovations and refurbishments
  • Bespoke joinery, media walls, banquette seating
  • Garden rooms, outdoor bars and landscaping
  • Flats and smaller jobs where it’s the right fit

Something most builders in West Sussex won’t put in writing

The last payment stays with you until you’re happy.

You get a fixed price before we start and weekly invoices you can see. The final payment doesn’t move until you’ve signed everything off.

That’s how confident I am in the team that we have and what we deliver.

Before you pick a builder

Come and walk round one we’ve finished.

Rob will take you round a job we’ve finished. Walk it, meet the trades who would be in your house, and ask the family anything you like, with Rob there or without him.

Who you meet
The same carpenters, sparky, plumber and plasterer who would be on your job. Not whoever is free that week.
Who you talk to
The homeowners. Ask them how it went, what it cost against the quote, and whether they would have Rob back.
What it costs
Nothing. Just ask Rob when you send your drawings.

Got the drawings? Send them to Rob.

Rob reads every set himself and sends back a fixed price, fully itemised quote. Foundations, steels, roof structure, every line, so you can see exactly where the money goes. No drawings yet? He’ll come out and survey it for free.
